BOSTON & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Columbia Threadneedle Investments (Columbia Threadneedle) today announces the appointment of Colin Lundgren as Global Head of Fixed Income. Mr. Lundgren is currently Deputy Global Head of Fixed Income and has been with the company for 31 years. Mr. Lundgren will report to Colin Moore, Global Chief Investment Officer. Jim Cielinski, former Global Head of Fixed Income, has resigned from Columbia Threadneedle. We wish Jim every success in the future.

Mr. Lundgren was Deputy Global Head and Head of U.S. Fixed Income, with responsibility for investment oversight of $136 billion in assets.
Mark Burgess, Deputy Global Chief Investment Officer, will continue to provide regional oversight of the London-based teams.
