TEMPLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McLane Company, Inc., a leading supply chain services company providing grocery and foodservice supply chain solutions, today kicked off its annual National Trade Show (NTS) in Nashville, TN. Taking place September 20th through September 21st, NTS will carry the music theme ‘Top the Charts” and focus on hot topics impacting the grocery and foodservice categories today. NTS will also feature multiple celebrities and guest speakers from a variety of top global firms and organizations.
Each year, NTS focuses on bringing retailers the latest in new technology and foodservice for more efficient inventory and ordering. Additionally, some of the industry’s leading manufacturers choose NTS as their national launching pad for new product lines and extensions. This year, the event will showcase 208 exhibitors and play host to over 1,400 attendees. The all-star speaker lineup includes:

For the second year, McLane will host an interactive foodservice booth experience under the banner of McLane Kitchen, a comprehensive and customizable foodservice solution for generating optimum sales and profits for retailers. The booth will spotlight a fully functioning kitchen with multiple chefs and new menu offerings for retailers to experience throughout the show. New recipes to debut include fried green tomato sliders, street potatoes, Fresh Produce+ fruit smoothie, Memphis dog, sticky chicken tenders and iced salted caramel coffee, all created entirely from ingredients available through McLane Company.
McLane’s private label products subsidiary, Consumer Value Products (CVP), will be celebrating its 25-Year anniversary milestone at the show with tradeshow-only deals, giveaways and new brand and product launches. New brand launches include Divinely Sweet, an upscale sweets line, and Work Fare Professional, a back-of-house supplies line offering products such as chemicals, foodservice gloves, carry-out bags and more. In addition, CVP will be launching a packaging refresh to its popular Road-Tech brand and the Hometown Market brand will introduce new products offerings including: raw almonds, very cherry vibe, honey roasted cashews, endurance blend, country club mix and banana chips, many of which meet the Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) healthy criteria.
At the McLane technology booth, VP of Customer Technology at McLane and NTS speaker Deon Johnson will be available to discuss new advancements in McLane’s powerfully simple technology offerings. New features include numerous new developments to the mobile premium order management suite and McLane Link portal.
