With over 13 years of experience in recruiting and client service, Briones brings a deep network, particularly in the Bay Area, and breadth of industry knowledge to Blackbelt.

Briones joins Blackbelt from JBCconnect, a full-service creative technology talent agency. During her time with the company, she co-opened the company’s Bay Area practice and organically built out the client portfolio as Director of Account Management. Prior to her time with JBCconnect, Briones held senior recruiting and business development roles at Rosetta, a customer engagement Publicis Groupe agency, and Idean, a global design agency focused on user experience.

In her role at Blackbelt, Briones will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and maximize business opportunities utilizing her long-term business relationships. She will be focused on finding the right companies that share Blackbelt’s data-led approach and building programs for these clients that are impactful and aimed at driving shared success.
