DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Headwaters MB, a leading middle-market investment bank, announced today that Tom McConnell has been promoted to Managing Director. Tom has been at Headwaters since 2011 and brings over 20 years of M&A, capital raising and financial analysis experience in the middle market.
In 2014, Tom co-founded Colorado Cyber with the mission of connecting private and public-sector leaders in the cyber security ecosystem, stimulating discussion on critical issues and supporting economic growth. Recently, Colorado Cyber increased its strength and capabilities through a partnership with the Colorado Technology Association and continues to hold impactful quarterly events.

Tom completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and Political Science at Claremont McKenna College and Miami University. He received his J.D./M.B.A.(Finance) from the University of Denver. His publications include “Planning Strategies for the Future Sale of a Business” and “Maximizing Value and Minimizing Risk in the Sale of a Business.”
