Survey data from the company’s affiliated CPA wealth management firms shows high marks for financial advisor satisfaction, partnership and retention.

The Voice of the Advisor survey was created in 2013 to gather essential information from 1st Global affiliated firms. In addition to collecting insights on advisor and wealth management assistant satisfaction with the many areas of 1st Global, the survey provides an opportunity to uncover the specific challenges of CPA wealth management firms and what the vision is for the future of their firms.
1st Global also received high marks in another critical element, the net promoter score (NPS). NPS measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. In the most recent survey, 1st Global received a net promoter score of 52. This is an above-average score for the broker/investments (45) and life insurance (31) industries and places 1st Global among some of the most revered brands in America.
