American Water Resources will establish a local contractor network and manage all claims. Program enrollees will receive 24-hour support via a toll-free hotline and a one-year warranty on all covered repairs with no forms to submit and no deductibles.

“Oftentimes, the costs and responsibilities of repairing water and sewer lines come as a shock to homeowners, who may struggle with unexpected expenses,” said American Water Resources President Eric Palm. “American Water Resources has offered our programs to residents in New York City since 2013, saving homeowners there nearly $84 million in repair costs.
