TRAVELING VINEYARD RE-LAUNCHES POPULAR CHARITY WINE FOR BRAIN TUMOR AWARENESS MONTH

Bella Mente Pinot Grigio will return at the end of May with proceeds benefiting the American Brain Tumor Association

Traveling Vineyard, a direct sales company and the maker of award-winning wines sourced from all over the world, announced today that it will be re-launching one of its charity wines, Bella Mente, at the end of May, in support of Brain Tumor Awareness Month. The company will donate one dollar from every bottle sold to the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA).

“Traveling Vineyard has had a very close relationship with the ABTA since 2015. Ted Bohnert, the husband and biggest supporter of one of our loyal Directors, passed away from Glioblastoma, but not before participating in experimental treatments that would ultimately save the lives of others,” said Rick Libby, founder of Traveling Vineyard. “This company is one big family, and over the years we’ve worked hard to donate as much as we can to help with the advancement of the ABTA’s mission.”

Bella Mente was first launched in 2015 and sold out last month. Since the first launch of Bella Mente, Traveling Vineyard has donated more than $36,000 to the ABTA.

“We’re grateful for the support we’ve received from Traveling Vineyard over the last two years,” said Debbie Robins, Advancement Director, Development of the American Brain Tumor Association. “Every dollar donated is one step closer to achieving our goal, and we are thrilled to hear that the company is re-launching this wine in its on-going support of the ABTA.”

Bella Mente, which means “beautiful mind”, is an Italian Pinot Grigio that was an instant customer favorite. With notes of melon and nectarine, this wine has a vibrant citrus flavor, great balance and is perfect for the warm weather months ahead. In addition to Bella Mente, Traveling Vineyard has a second charity wine, Rayado, the proceeds of which benefit Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC), a non-profit that connects people to trusted breast cancer information and a community of support.
