NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In recognition of its contributions to helping organizations adopt new ways to design, deploy and manage their SAP-based enterprise systems, Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has received three 2017 SAP® Pinnacle Awards – more than any other company.
The three awards Accenture received are Ariba Partner of the Year; SuccessFactors Partner of the Year – Large Enterprise Companies; and Hybris Partner of the Year – Large Enterprise Companies.
These honors are part of SAP’s annual awards program for its top alliance partners. Award winners have excelled in developing and growing their partnership with SAP and helping customers improve operations. Winners and finalists in 19 categories were chosen based on recommendations from the SAP field, customer feedback and performance indicators.
“Accenture’s alliance with SAP continues to showcase our dedication to transforming businesses with new technologies in the cloud, challenging what is possible and delivering exceptional results as clients shift toward a simplified, apps-centric enterprise systems model,” said Christophe Mouille, senior managing director of Accenture’s SAP business. “Winning three SAP Pinnacle Awards demonstrates our continued leadership in the SAP ecosystem, serves as a testament of our ability to build innovative solutions, and highlights the impact of our collaboration with SAP around the development and go-to-market for SAP® S/4HANA.”
Bill McDermott, chief executive officer, SAP, said, “No company can or should go it alone in this digital economy. SAP’s partners bring domain expertise, global scale and a shared commitment to our customers. The SAP Pinnacle Awards give us the chance to salute the best of the best.”
Earlier this year, Accenture won the #MakeProcurementAwesome award from SAP Ariba for Premier Partner of the Year. Accenture Interactive also received the SAP Hybris 2017 Global Partner of the Year Award for the fourth consecutive year. Accenture has received more than 30 global and regional SAP partner awards since 2016 in addition to the 35 SAP Pinnacle Awards it received since the awards were first introduced. Accenture has one of the world’s largest SAP practices, with more than 47,000 skilled professionals delivering projects each year to clients around the globe.
SAP Pinnacle Awards shine a spotlight on SAP’s partners’ remarkable contributions, acknowledging their dedication to teamwork, innovative approach and capacity to challenge what is possible to help customers achieve their goals. Award winners will be formally recognized at the SAP Global Partner Summit in Orlando, Florida on May 15. The SAP Global Partner Summit is held in conjunction with SAPPHIRE NOW® and ASUG Annual Conference, the largest global business technology event, hosted by SAP and ASUG May 16–18.
