DeviceTalks, Medical Alley Partner to Create a World-Class, Medtech Experience Only at DeviceTalks Minnesota

ST. PAUL, Minn.--()--DeviceTalks and Medical Alley have, once again, partnered to bring a premier medical-device event to the Twin Cities this summer, for the fifth year in a row at DeviceTalks Minnesota on June 26-27th at the Intercontinental Riverside Hotel in St. Paul.

The partnership allows for the creation of unique, exclusive content shown only at DeviceTalks Minnesota. And as part of the agreement, Medical Alley will host its summer networking mixer at the DeviceTalks event and host a plenary session panel on understanding value based healthcare and how this change will impact the medical device industry. The panel will feature senior-level leaders from Minnesota medtech companies Medtronic, ElectroMed and more.

"For five years, we’ve been lucky enough to work with Medical Alley on establishing a Minnesota home for DeviceTalks," said DeviceTalks Founder Brian Johnson. "Medical Alley is one of the preeminent industry councils in the world, highlighting one of the most vibrant and active medical-device clusters in the industry. We’re proud to count the team at Medical Alley as our partners and we welcome all of their members to DeviceTalks Minnesota."

“Medical Alley is the birthplace of the modern medical technology industry and continues to serve as the epicenter of health technology innovation,” said President and CEO Shaye Mandle. “We are excited to celebrate our fifth year of partnering with DeviceTalks to bring its exchange of ideas and insights to Minnesota.”

DeviceTalks Minnesota marks a new era in this unique event, as we launch our new Engineering Track, which is focused exclusively on how to help engineers do their jobs better. Developed with the assistance of a core group of leading engineers, the track will feature workshops, panels, and hot technology sessions designed around the topic’s critical for today’s engineers and engineering managers. Early bird registration is open until May 5.

DeviceTalks is also sponsoring Medical Alley’s Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 27, 2017 held at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, from 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM CDT. Learn more about Medical Alley’s annual gathering here.
