TechAccel Expands with Strategic Hires

Brad Fabbri, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer, and Lyla Perrodin, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief-of-Staff, Join Private Development Company

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--()--Technology Acceleration Partners (TechAccel, LLC), the private capital development company that invests in, acquires and accelerates early-stage discoveries and technologies in the agriculture, animal health and food ingredient sectors, today announced the hiring of two strategic positions: Brad Fabbri, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer and Lyla Perrodin, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief-of-Staff.

Fabbri and Perrodin have been consulting with TechAccel for the last year.

Fabbri brings more than twenty years of experience in science and business as a former Monsanto Science Fellow where he led business assessments, partnership development and negotiations and was responsible for identifying and exploring areas including data-informed farming, new concepts for farming, biorenewables, microbials, climate change and soil health.

At TechAccel, Fabbri will oversee science assessment and the development of advanced programs for investments in agriculture and animal health supporting TechAccel’s mission to drive forward the commercialization of breakthrough technologies as well as researching and developing innovative programs.

Lyla Perrodin, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief-of-Staff

Perrodin is a former independent consultant specializing in corporate strategy and operations and is the former Chief Information Officer of MRIGlobal, a nonprofit research and development organization working in health, energy and defense industries. In 2012, she was named an Influential Woman by KC Business Magazine, and led the IT team at MRIGlobal to a KC Business Journal ImpacT Award for Top Line Growth. Additionally, she directed strategic alliances at Sprint, and managed consulting with KPMG and PriceWaterhouse. She lives in Kansas City and is active on the board of directors at the Folly Theater and the Mid-America Chapter of National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
