Hector Velez joins with over 20 years as a recognized thought leader in the field of human capital, with extensive experience in the functional areas of executive search, recruiting, technology, consulting, management, business development, sales and branding. Before joining Vector Talent Resources, Velez spent his early career at GE, Accenture and KPMG, and most recently served as EVP of Strategic Business Development at HireStrategy, a company he co-founded and helped to grow to be the top-ranked staffing firm in the mid-Atlantic region.
