NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Entrada announced today upgrades to its Mobile Engagement Platform, delivering new features and enhancements for physicians and staff who are struggling with productivity challenges from disruptive EHR workflows. The release includes advancements to Entrada’s Workflow Optimization module - a mobile extension of a clinic’s PM and EHR systems – which provides real-time access to patient data and streamlines clinical EHR tasks. Entrada Rhythm, Entrada’s groundbreaking clinical documentation module, also gains new workflow configurations and productivity features for caregivers. Entrada has also improved the performance of its mobile platform, creating a more stable and reliable experience while delivering Entrada’s best-in-class user design.
Entrada enhanced its Workflow Optimization module, expanding the depth and visibility into a patient’s clinical record to ensure the various members of a patient’s care team have access to the right information, at the right time - no matter where care happens. Entrada users can now view all EHR documents in real-time (e.g. Progress Notes, H&Ps, Images, Imaging Interpretations) for their patient population directly from their mobile device. Entrada has also enhanced its real-time face sheet view to include vital signs, and the mobile interface for Workflow Optimization has been refined to ensure quicker access to the various areas of the patient chart. This clinical content – including the face sheet and all EHR documents - can also be shared with other care team members inside a text message conversation when using Entrada’s Secure Communications module.
For Entrada Rhythm, caregivers gain additional workflow configurations to better manage the editing of speech-recognized text captured to document the patient visit. Throughout the clinic day, physicians can actively choose their workflow preference after every encounter – including sending the narrative directly into the EHR, back to the device for self-editing, or to a third-party editing team. When choosing to edit speech-recognized clinical narrative from a mobile device, users can now listen to the original dictated audio, ensuring an accurate and reliable note no matter when the caregiver chooses to complete editing.
“Entrada holds the privileged position of being actively in the palm of our providers each and every clinic day,” said Mike Cardwell, Vice President of Product Management at Entrada. “With this release, we’ve transformed our mobile app from a complementary engagement tool to a true mobile extension of the EHR and done so without sacrificing our commitment to ensuring a simple, streamlined experience for the physician.”
