LONDON & MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Prism, the provider of the world’s most successful digital workforce, today unveiled a new ecosystem certification program designed to ensure quality for clients in an increasingly crowded robotic process automation (RPA) landscape. To date, six organizations—Accenture, EY, IBM, ISG (previously Alsbridge), NEOOPS and Symphony Ventures—have successfully passed this new set of industry benchmarks, with certifications in progress for the majority of Blue Prism’s expansive partner network and ecosystem members.
The program classifies members of the Blue Prism ecosystem into three categories determined by their expertise and focus, and is designed to give prospective clients a reliable way to identify the appropriate partner for their organizational needs, while also ensuring that the members themselves are equipped with the resources and training required to deliver true digital transformation to enterprises. The certification methodology is based on feedback from Blue Prism’s enterprise customers and incorporates quantitative and qualitative criteria, including the number of developers trained in Blue Prism RPA, size and number of successful projects executed and customer satisfaction.
“Our ecosystem is crucial to our growth as a company, and its success is our success. Our network has enabled some of the most exciting and transformative large-scale RPA projects in the world, and has helped make our platform the industry leader,” said Alex Bentley, director of corporate development at Blue Prism. “Our ecosystem members are committed to being trained in our technology to meet the growing market demand, and we’re dedicated to equipping them with everything they need to deliver the best possible service and raise the benchmark for quality across the entire industry.”
As the demand for automation solutions has increased, Blue Prism’s customer base has grown to more than 200 organizations worldwide, and over 95 percent of its new business is delivered through and with channel partners, alliances and advisory firms.
This program is the latest addition to a partner support ecosystem that also features regular local and global customer forums and user groups, which drive Blue Prism’s product roadmap, delivery and support methodologies while giving customers and partners the opportunity to share best practices. The Robotic Automation Advisory Forum (RAAF), a worldwide gathering of leaders from Blue Prism’s user community, will hold its next meeting in Sydney, Australia in April 2017.
