Gene Thomas Latest to be Named to Central Logic’s Executive Advisory Board

Mississippi’s Memorial Hospital CIO represents 3,600 community hospitals in the United States

SALT LAKE CITY--()--Central Logic, which recently launched the first web-based technology to operationalize care coordination – Central Logic Patient Connect – has added Gene Thomas, chief information officer at Memorial Hospital, to its Executive Advisory Board.

Thomas also currently serves as president of Advance Bio/Chem, Inc. in New York. He was previously the chief executive officer, chairman of the board, and director of South Carolina-based Avreo, Inc., and vice president of sales and marketing and vice president of business development for five years at Micron Electronics, Inc. There, he helped Micron grow from a start-up to a Fortune 1000 corporation with more than $2 billion in revenue. Thomas also has held senior management positions at CompuAdd Computer Corp in the United Kingdom.

Thomas currently sits on the Health Catalyst advisory board and is a board member and shareholder of Innosurance, a technology company that patented and trademarked the Driver Safety Rating (DSR™) and sold the intellectual property to Allstate.

He joins Chaiken and other recently announced Central Logic executive advisory board members including New York healthcare executive Abraham Warshaw, MD, and entrepreneur Dane DeLozier.

Central Logic formed the executive advisory board in early Q3 2016 to bring together industry leaders to help guide the company into the future.
