DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Class Capital Group announced today that HOK, a nationally-recognized innovator in design, architecture, engineering and planning, has signed a 76-month lease to make 717 Harwood its new Dallas headquarters. HOK will occupy approximately 8,000 square feet on the 33rd floor of the Harwood building, with panoramic views of downtown Dallas.
Austin-based private investment firm World Class Capital Group, LLC undertook a major renovation of the 844,000 square foot office tower in 2014. It will also complete upgrades and renovations to the ground floor of the building this winter, including welcoming retailer Snappy Salads to the building.
