Bright Health, which received $80 million in funding earlier this year, selects Austin to serve as its tech innovation hub

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--More than ever, care providers, insurers and consumers are seeking solutions to the nation’s growing healthcare challenges. Minneapolis-based health insurance startup Bright Health was founded on the vision that these challenges can be overcome. Some of the nation’s top investors agree, providing Bright Health with $80 million in Series A funding, one of the largest in history, to build a team and company rooted in transforming healthcare through technology.

Bright Health has selected Austin, a hotbed for tech talent, to serve as its tech innovation hub, announcing a number of new positions focused on improving the insurance experience.
