ILG Appoints Kelly Frank as Chief Human Resources Officer

MIAMI--()--ILG (Nasdaq: ILG), a leading provider of professionally delivered vacation experiences and the exclusive global licensee for the Hyatt®, Sheraton®, and Westin® brands in vacation ownership, today announced that Kelly Frank has been appointed to the new role of chief human resources officer, effective October 31. She will report to Jeanette Marbert, ILG’s chief operating officer.

In this role with ILG, Frank will oversee company-wide HR strategy for the 10,000+ employee organization and lead the HR function across the ILG businesses.

Frank comes to ILG from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where she served as senior vice president of HR for the Americas. Her more than 25-year career in human resources also includes leadership positions with The Walt Disney Company. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
