TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hylant, one of the nation's largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms, has promoted Andria Herr to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Client Strategy & Resource Development. She was most recently the Orlando office president.

With 30 years of experience, Andria's vast industry knowledge will be a valuable resource for Hylant clients across the company. Through her 15 years working on the carrier side and 15 years on the broker side of the industry, she has gained extensive knowledge of underwriting formulas, plan design and experience analysis.

Andria received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. As an advocate for public education, she served on the board of directors of the Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools and currently serves on the board for the Foundation for Seminole State College. She will continue to work from Hylant's Orlando office.
