ASHBURN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FCi Federal (FCi) today announced it has formed a Board of Advisors (BOA) comprised of industry luminaries with deep expertise in the Immigration, Intelligence, Diplomacy, Transportation and Homeland Security markets. The BOA will support the FCi’s Board of Directors providing guidance in shaping the company’s near and long term market expansion and growth strategy.

FCi’s newly formed BOA is currently comprised of the following individuals:
- Joanne Isham – Former Deputy Director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency; Deputy Director and Associate Deputy Director for Science and Technology at the CIA;
- Ambassador Maura Harty – Retired U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs at the Department of State (DOS); Career member of the U.S. Foreign Service and former Ambassador to Paraguay; and
- Admiral James Loy (Ret-USCG) – Retired Deputy Secretary of U.S. Department of Homeland Security; Former Transportation Security Administration Under Secretary for Security; and 21st Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard.
FCi expects to appoint additional members to the BOA advising on markets of interest.
