The awards are:
- Safety Leadership Award – Recognizes organizations that have achieved zero injuries and work-related illnesses involving time away from work in a consecutive five-year period.
- Occupational Excellence Achievement Award – Recognizes organizations with injury incident rates that are better than 50 percent of companies in their respective North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
- 13 Million Hours Award – Awarded to organizations for working more than 13 million man hours without a lost-work time injury or illness.

In March 2016, Brown and Caldwell hit the milestone of working 13 million hours and five continuous years without an occupational injury or illness that resulted in days away from work
