EAGAN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Explore Information Services, LLC, announced today that it has acquired Transportation Performance, Inc. (TPI), the market leader in fleet driver performance intelligence, and compliance, safety and accountability (CSA).
“This acquisition will accelerate Explore’s fleet business strategy, allowing us to provide the most comprehensive set of data and analytics tools to help fleet carriers improve the safety and performance of their drivers, and reduce business losses,” said Tom Eggenberger, Managing Director of Explore.
Founded in 1989, Explore has grown into the largest driver monitoring business in North America and currently monitors more than 65 million drivers per month. In 2013, the company expanded into commercial fleet driver monitoring with the launch of its SuperVision product, and today is the industry’s largest fleet driver monitoring company.
