Force 3 Wins Three Blanket Purchase Agreements

Award supports larger effort to standardize federal procurement process, save tax-payer dollars

CROFTON, Md.--()--Force 3, a Sirius Computer Solutions Company, recently won major blanket purchase agreements (BPA) under three separate government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs): CIO-CS, GSA and SEWP V.

“That Force 3 was awarded all three BPAs demonstrates not only our expertise, but the wealth of resources, options and cost-savings we offer our clients,” said Simone Feldman, director of inside sales at Force 3. “More importantly, though, it proves our commitment to helping federal agencies to acquire the technology they need in order to best serve citizens, and in a way that makes the best use of taxpayer dollars.”

Awarded by the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI), the new BPAs are part of a greater, ongoing federal initiative to standardize the government procurement process—a move designed to promote more strategic, efficient use of taxpayer dollars.

Force 3 already provided laptops, desktops and an array of technologies—particularly security solutions—to federal agencies under the original CIO-CS, GSA and SEWP V contracts. Through the BPAs, however, Force 3 can also now support large-volume orders, providing significant savings while reducing the time and effort spent on ordering. By enabling agencies to purchase the exact configurations they need at volume-based discounts and by promoting interagency cooperation, the BPAs and their associated contracts can reduce the costs and complexity associated with purchasing, training and supporting IT solutions and services.

“Ultimately, winning these BPAs shows that Force 3 is better equipped than ever to support our government clients,” said Force 3 CEO Mike Greaney. “These agencies serve millions of citizens, and we’re proud to play a role in helping them achieve their missions by supporting their technology needs.”
