SPRINGFIELD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. today completed its acquisition of Crozer-Keystone Health System after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.
Prospect will make significant capital investments in the Crozer-Keystone system, increasing the ability of Crozer-Keystone facilities to modernize, attract more patients and expand services. Prospect has also committed to maintain critical service lines and expand service offerings in the community to help ensure growth and sustainability. In addition, Prospect has offered employment to all Crozer-Keystone employees and management in good standing who are current as of the closing date on comparable terms, honored seniority levels and entered into recognition agreements with nearly all of the labor organizations that represent Crozer-Keystone employees.
