PARMA, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PizzaFire, a rapidly growing pizzeria chain, has signed a lease for a new location at The Shoppes at Parma. Owners of the shopping center, PECO Real Estate Partners (PREP), also announced a lease with Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar. Both restaurants will open this fall, along with a growing list of new retailers.
PizzaFire offers authentic Neopolitan pizza, handcrafted with fresh ingredients and fire-baked in just three minutes. Cleveland-based chef Sean Brauser, CEO, opened the first PizzaFire location in Akron in 2014 and quickly expanded to include five locations in Northeast Ohio and one in Columbus. The Parma restaurant is one of nine additional Northeast Ohio locations coming soon.
Brauser said, “We chose The Shoppes at Parma because we believe in community. It’s one of our core principles. And what better community is there in Northeast Ohio than Parma and the rejuvenation that this new project brings to the city? We are very excited to bring fast casual pizza to Parma and the surrounding areas.”
Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar selected The Shoppes at Parma for its 18th location in Cleveland/Northeast Ohio. The 1,000-square-foot store will offer smoothies made with real fruit and vegetable juices as well as fresh-made wraps, healthy salads and delicious party trays.
Elaine Poland, Pulp owner, said, “I remember shopping at Parmatown as a child. Now I’m excited be part of The Shoppes at Parma and join the many new tenants opening this fall. I’ve always loved the area and I’m looking forward to its continued revitalization.”
Robyn Hays, PREP’s senior leasing director, said, “We are excited about adding two more great choices to our restaurant collection. When Phase 1 of our redevelopment is completed this fall, shoppers and area residents can choose from PizzaFire, Pulp, Fast Eddie’s, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Five Guys, Mission BBQ and Antonio’s. That’s a great line-up of restaurants to complement the mix of new stores opening in the next few months.”
Key elements of The Shoppes at Parma’s redevelopment include:
- New Dick’s Sporting Goods and remodeled JCPenney with Sephora, now open
- 2016 groundbreaking to expand existing Walmart to a Super Walmart
- New stores and services now open: AT&T, Mattress Firm, PetValu, GNC, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Fast Eddie’s, Aspen Dental, Chase Bank, Sports Clips, H & R Block
