PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) (“RAIT”) today announced that on March 14, 2016, RAIT’s Board of Trustees declared a first quarter 2016 cash dividend on RAIT’s common shares of $0.09 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 29, 2016 to holders of record on April 8, 2016. The ex-dividend date is April 6, 2016.
