Iron Mountain Acquires Archyvu Sistemos, the Leading Document Storage and Archiving Company in The Baltics

Company continues to execute on strategy to expand presence in emerging markets through acquisition

BOSTON--()--Iron Mountain Incorporated ®, the storage and information management company, today announced it has acquired Lithuanian document storage and archiving firm Archyvu Sistemos, significantly expanding its presence in The Baltics. With the acquisition, Iron Mountain adds more than 400 customers throughout Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, assuming the responsibility for managing their complete inventory of 700,000 cubic feet of hardcopy records as well as continuing to offer secure archiving and destruction services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001, Archyvu Sistemos provides customers with a range of solutions for the secure storage of, access to, and management of, their most important information assets. These include storage options for both hardcopy and electronic records; scanning solutions for digitizing paper files; and secure destruction of information.
