Reeder, co-founder and CEO of icitizen. “Their guidance will be invaluable as we move forward in the next phase of the company’s growth.”

Vin Weber is a partner at lobbying firm Mercury, where he provides strategic advice to companies with matters before the legislative and executive branches of the federal government. He was a member of the Appropriations Committee and an elected member of the House Republican leadership. He serves as an advisor to senior elected officials in D.C. and has counseled numerous presidential campaigns.

Nancy E. Roman is president and CEO of the Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, D.C., a 60 million enterprise which feeds more than 500,000 people in Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Nancy began her career as a journalist and eventually served as press secretary and foreign affairs advisor to the late U.S. Rep. Clay Shaw Jr.

“Technology holds the potential to transform civic engagement – just as it has transformed social engagement and professional engagement,” Roman said. “I’m proud to put my energy behind icitizen’s effort to climb that hill.”

“They are dedicated to bipartisanship, open government and their life’s work has been driven by a need to make the world a better place,” Reeder said. “This makes them the perfect fit with icitizen’s mission to transform the way people communicate on civic issues, connect with their communities and promote meaningful change.”
