TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CareSync, the leading provider of software and services for chronic disease management, has added three key positions to its leadership team, including Russell Dumas, vice president of clinical operations, David Antle, vice president of client services and Teri Spencer, vice president of human resources. Establishing these positions and appointing well-versed leaders to fill them is a testament to CareSync’s growth and advancement—the company has made over 100 new hires since announcing its series B funding last October.
In his role as vice president of clinical operations, Dumas will manage and develop clinical services functions and provide leadership to ensure excellent patient care, safe operations and high member satisfaction. Dumas will also provide direction for the activities and functions of the Clinical Operations Department to improve quality patient care, reduce costs and increase the degree of system integration. A former Naval officer, Dumas has held several significant leadership positions in various healthcare settings, including Allscripts, Napier Healthcare, Bayer Healthcare and Allegheny Health Network.
As vice president of client services, Antle will support and oversee all client communications from implementation to post-implementation. He will be responsible for refining CareSync’s standards, tools and processes related to maintaining client relationships. Prior to CareSync, Antle served as executive vice president for software developer BobCAD-CAM, where he was responsible for the sales, finance and human resources aspects. Antle also served as the national manager of client relations for Vitera Healthcare Solutions.
Spencer will be responsible for directing all of the personnel functions of CareSync as the vice president of human resources. She will support strategic human resource planning to provide the company with the best talent available and to position CareSync as the Employer of Choice. Spencer has held positions in a variety of industries, and was most recently senior talent business partner for GTE Financial credit union. She also served as senior vice president of people strategies and resources for CCS Medical.
“We’ve seen incredible growth in the past six months, and we’re thrilled to bring on these talented individuals to help navigate some of the most vital areas of CareSync.” said Travis Bond, founder and CEO of CareSync. “The only way we can continue offering providers the innovative resources they need to better care for patients with chronic conditions is if we have the right leadership in place. We’re excited to welcome Russell, David and Teri, as they will be integral to helping us evolve and better serve patients and providers.”
