Kasasa® Launches New In-Branch Sales Tool Builder™ with Optional Identity Protection Add-On Kasasa Protect™

New platform and identity protection service transform account opening experience, increase cross-sell opportunities to drive noninterest income

An add-on to Builder, Kasasa also launched a premium identity fraud protection and restoration service, Kasasa ProtectTM, to help CFIs provide consumers with the tools to safeguard their information.

Builder removes the burden of cross-sell from front-line staff and enables CFIs to offer an interactive experience primarily driven by the customer. By featuring premium add-ons such as Kasasa Protect, Builder drives significant noninterest income. It can be used for new Kasasa and non-Kasasa checking accounts that are opened in a branch, which ensures CFIs maximize the value of every new customer. The platform also supports third party products and services as well as products custom-designed by the institution.
