NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Weld North Holdings LLC, led by former Kaplan CEO Jonathan Grayer, announced today its continued expansion across the evolving digital education market by acquiring a control interest in Intellify Learning. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Boston, MA based Intellify Learning is a state-of-the-art cloud-based platform that provides learning analytics and data management services to collect, measure, store, access, distribute and visualize learning metrics. Intellify’s advanced technology solutions enable and deliver real-time data driven insights to education providers, digital content and courseware publishers, service providers and learning delivery platforms. With Intellify, educators are finally able to quickly and accurately track student learning, regardless of how many digital education platforms are implemented in the classroom and the overall academic enterprise. Intellify will continue to service and integrate its products across the entire ecosystem of educators and digital learning solutions providers.
