LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Newegg – the leading tech-focused e-retailer in North America – gave journalists an early look at a pair of forthcoming ABS gaming PCs at last night’s Digital Experience press event at CES. The systems – featuring ASUS and MSI components – were some of the most visually striking products at last night’s event. These new gaming rigs are as powerful as they are beautiful – destined to become must-haves for any serious PC gaming enthusiast.
“Gamers are proud of their rigs, and these powerful ABS gaming PCs are meant to be seen,” said James Wu, COO of Newegg. “These machines will demonstrate your passion for gaming in a manner no ordinary machine can achieve.”
The ABS gaming PCs, of course, include top-of-the-line hardware with water-cooled motherboards to display and run today’s 4K games without issue. The cases are exclusive to Newegg and can be wall-mounted, with lots of LEDs for great visual effect.
ABS featuring MSI components
ABS teamed with MSI to create this new liquid-cooled PC, complete with Intel X99 Extreme internals. Inside is the powerful 5960X 8-Core CPU. The LED lighting for this rig rotates through a rainbow of colors, and the DeepCool LED controller lets the user toggle lighting programs between steady and flashing single colors, and advanced, multi-color lighting sequences. The rig features Klevv Cras RAM with red LED strips.
ABS featuring ASUS components
ABS partnered with ASUS to create this orange-themed liquid-cooled PC to reflect the Republic of Gamers (ROG) attitude. As with the MSI rig, the LEDs on this system are also fully customized. It blends extreme performance with surprisingly quiet operation. The quad fans mounted on the radiator help keep the system cool, but do so with near-silent operation.
