BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LogRhythm, The Security Intelligence Company, today announced the appointment of Daniel Wilbricht as senior director of federal sales. In this role, Wilbricht oversees the alignment and execution of product, marketing, sales, service, support and channels to optimize the company’s success in the U.S. Federal market.
A technology veteran whose background in the intelligence community spans 20 years, Wilbricht was most recently at Dell where he was the senior director of the Department of Defense and National Security Programs, with specific emphasis on security management and monitoring in the Federal government. Prior to that, he was the regional manager, intelligence programs, for the public sector group at Red Hat. Wilbricht also spent several years at Appistry, where he was the Federal director. He also held various sales and sales management positions at Autonomy, Stellent and Eprise.

Wilbricht graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Blacksburg, Virginia). He is affiliated with numerous federal and information security organizations including USGIF, AFCEA, INSA and Washington Executive. Wilbricht is a frequent speaker on topics related to cloud and security.
