Further to the statement on July 20, 2015 by Schneider Electric SE regarding its preliminary, non-binding agreement with AVEVA Group PLC (“AVEVA”) on the key terms and conditions of a proposed combination of selected Schneider Electric industrial software assets and AVEVA, Schneider Electric announces today that such discussions have ended. The two parties have decided to stop their discussions by mutual consent as no agreement could be reached on the terms of transaction.
