LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PharMerica Corporation (NYSE:PMC), a national provider of institutional, specialty home infusion, hospital and oncology pharmacy services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of McGuire Group Pharmacy (“McGuire”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
McGuire provides comprehensive pharmacy services to long-term care facilities and other customers in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area, the second largest market in the State of New York.
