Ten Winners Announced in Third Annual "Customer Experience Impact Awards"

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--()--Winners of the 2015 CX Impact Awards have been announced as part of CX Day, a global day celebrating companies and people who are delivering great experiences to customers. These awards, established and presented by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), were created to recognize individuals worldwide who are making significant progress within their organizations to improve customer experience.

A panel of judges, thought leaders in the CX field, reviewed the finalists and selected winners in two categories representing impact made from Practitioners (within brands that do not sell CX services and products), and Providers (employed by companies that consult and/or sell services in the CX space).
