Opening tomorrow, September 25, this store is the only Pottery Barn retail location in Puerto Rico. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. with a celebratory ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a special event hosted by Emilio Olabarrieta and Julio Cintrón of acclaimed design firm Arquetipo at 11:00 a.m.

To celebrate the opening, Emilio Olabarrieta and Julio Cintrón, the creative visionaries of design firm Arquetipo, will host a floral design demonstration at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25. Customers are invited to attend the demonstration to get tips on floral design and entertaining, as well as see dining and living spaces styled by Mr.Cintrón. In addition, Pottery Barn will donate 10% of proceeds* from opening weekend (Friday, September 25 – Sunday, September 27) to Fundacion Alas a la Mujer, a non-profit organization that supports the development and welfare of Puerto Rican women by providing financial, educational and psychosocial assistance to women and families in need.

The storefront features the brand’s signature barn doors, made of reclaimed wood and accented with hand-forged embellishments by a local artist.
