Entrada’s New Technology Platform Expands on Mobile Documentation, Provides an Array of New Productivity and Efficiency Opportunities for Providers

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--()--Entrada today unveiled its new cloud-based mobile productivity platform – the biggest release in the history of the company – which aims to become the essential solution for caregivers each and every day to more efficiently and elegantly interact with their existing technology systems, particularly the electronic health record (EHR). With this release, Entrada further streamlines clinical documentation and collaboration for an even broader set of providers across the continuum of care.

Expanding beyond its core features for dictation, documentation and viewing clinical data, Entrada introduces a “patient-centered” mobile experience, including a detailed view of the caregiver’s real-time clinical schedule, the ability to coordinate care around a particular patient via mobile secure messaging, and an enhanced ability to quickly reference clinical data about patients synced from the EHR. Entrada’s features are also now modularized, enabling Entrada to customize the user experience for individual caregivers.

Entrada now equips caregivers with their full patient schedule – viewable anywhere, anytime – from their mobile device. Users receive update notifications for patient arrival/check-in status and can access deeper levels of clinical data. With Secure Messaging, providers can quickly and securely collaborate with their patient’s care team via text, audio and photo messages to recipients both within and outside their organization. Also, since Entrada is integrated with the EHR system, conversations can be organized around the patient for greater efficiency when accessing critical patient data. Not only can this data be viewed directly within Entrada, but with a tap of a button, caregivers can also securely share this real-time clinical data from their EHR with other members of the care team – even if the recipient is from another organization or uses another EHR – through a secure message conversation, greatly accelerating the speed of patient data exchange within a critical consult, care interaction or other scenario. Enabling caregivers to seamlessly share patient data with other clinicians on disparate EHR systems is a pivotal achievement for Entrada, empowering better patient care by fostering physician interoperability through Entrada’s mobile platform.
