ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CetoLogic, a leading provider of software and analytics for financial institutions and retailers, has promoted financial industry veteran David Austin to Vice President of Client Experience. In his new role, Austin will be responsible for overseeing the experience of clients from implementation through ongoing support, implementing corporate strategy and managing operational business initiatives for the firm.
Austin brings more than a decade of financial industry experience to the CetoLogic team. In his previous role as Vice President of Business Development with CetoLogic, Austin was responsible for directing new sales and strategic alliances. Austin also previously served as a consultant for CetoLogic’s sister company, Ceto and Associates, where he worked with financial institutions and executive management teams to identify and recover non-earning assets through effective management of Federal Reserve Balances, coin and currency management and conducting enterprise wide reviews of non-interest income, interest income and interest expense.
In addition to his work with CetoLogic, Austin previously served as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, an Operations Manager at Fairwinds Credit Union and an Assistant Manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Austin earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County in Baltimore, Md.
