Harvard Business Review Press Enters Agreement with Safari

HBRP books, videos, and webinars to be made available on Safari’s learning platform

BOSTON--()--Safari, the global platform for business and technology learning, and Harvard Business Review Press, one of the world’s leading business book publishers, have entered into an agreement to make books, videos, and webinars from Harvard Business Review Press available on the Safari platform.

The agreement brings together two organizations well known for delivering quality content and expert advice to professionals around the world. Books from Harvard Business Review Press provide managers with rigorous insights and best practices to help lead their organizations more effectively, while Safari’s responsive, mobile-friendly learning platform brings more than 40,000 books, videos, and articles to help professionals learn new skills and advance their careers.

“Safari’s reach into the technology sector allows our content to be accessed by a broader group of professionals and readers across the globe,” said Sarah McConville, Publisher of Harvard Business Review Press. “This agreement with Safari is part of our efforts to ensure that customers can engage with our content in ways that are convenient to them. Safari’s platform gives people immediate access to actionable ideas and information.”

To commemorate the new collaboration, Safari will participate in an #HBRLive event in London on September 28 where author R “Ray” Wang will discuss his new book “Disrupting Digital Business.” Wang will explain the emerging trends and shifts in business that today’s leaders need to watch, after which a moderated discussion will take place with other leaders in the digital space, including Safari’s vice president of product development, Peter Collingridge.

“No matter what industry or what part of a company you are in, strong management skills – what tech pros often call ‘soft skills’ – are an essential part of your career success,” said Andrew Savikas, CEO at Safari. “Harvard Business Review Press is recognized the world over as one of the premier sources for key ideas in management and essential advice on how to build the business skills to succeed in any workplace. Harvard Business Review Press books, videos, and webinars add a powerful new component to our learning platform.”
