LiquidPlanner Adds Aashish Dhamdhere as VP of Marketing, Expands Enterprise Feature Set

Enterprise software veteran brings extensive IT, technology and product marketing experience to the emerging online project management leader

SEATTLE--()--LiquidPlanner, award-winning predictive project management software for modern business, today introduced Aashish Dhamdhere as vice president of marketing. Dhamdhere, a seasoned marketer with a background building high growth marketing programs at both Apptio and Microsoft, will be responsible for creating a world-class marketing and demand generation program at LiquidPlanner. In addition to Dhamdhere joining the organization, LiquidPlanner also launched several enterprise specific product feature updates, including the highly anticipated addition of line-item expenses.

Prior to joining LiquidPlanner, Dhamdhere spent two and a half years at Apptio, a leading enterprise IT management company, building the company’s global demand generation function. While there, he helped create a high-performing data-focused marketing team responsible for creating and executing both inbound and outbound lead generation programs targeted at senior IT leaders and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his experience at Apptio, Dhamdhere served in product and program management roles at Microsoft on both the Azure and Visio product teams. Dhamdhere holds a Masters in Material Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

“Aashish is a world-class marketer with a passion for IT and enterprise software that aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Liz Pearce, CEO of LiquidPlanner. “I’m thrilled to have him on the team and know he will help us to continue to accelerate our reach and growth.”

“I was immediately impressed by the unique culture and the amazing people at LiquidPlanner, and I’m elated to join the team,” said Dhamdhere. “Legacy project management tools focus on tasks and dates, as opposed to people and priorities. LiquidPlanner’s predictive project management methodology is a true differentiator and I’m looking forward to creating and launching programs to grow LiquidPlanner’s enterprise presence.”

In addition to the appointment of Dhamdhere and hot on the heels of the company’s August product update, LiquidPlanner @Work, today the company announced a number of new features aimed at enhancing the application for our growing number of enterprise customers. Specifically, the addition of line item expenses, a highly requested customer feature, which enables teams and individual project contributors to track non-labor costs associated with work at both the individual task and project level. Expenses in LiquidPlanner roll-up into both billable and non-billable projects at the client level so executives and team leaders can report on and analyze all project-related expenses.

Expenses are available to all Enterprise customers at no charge and complement the full LiquidPlanner enterprise feature set:

  • Full access to LiquidPlanner along with best-in-class support services
  • Dedicated Customer Success Managers and ongoing adoption and workspace optimization coaching
  • Unlimited virtual members
  • Unlimited active clients
