LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Stefan Baldenweg has joined the firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business as a Senior Partner based in Zurich.
Mr. Baldenweg joins Korn Ferry from Malik Management, a Swiss management consulting firm, where he has been a Partner and Head of the Zurich office for the past 16 years. The firm focuses on strategy development and organizational transformation.
Mr. Baldenweg brings broad consulting experience in strategic management, organizational development and development of leadership teams as well as mergers and acquisitions. His industry experience includes the export-oriented industry, service industry and commerce.

With a Masters in Engineering from the ETH Zurich and an MBA from Insead, Mr. Baldenweg began his professional life at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich. He later assumed responsibility as a Managing Director for the turnaround of a medium-sized elevator company of the Schindler Group in northern Germany. As a visiting professor, he has taught since 2008 at the ETH in Zurich. He speaks German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
