With Audiences, marketers have access to one of the world’s largest sources of public opinion data. As of July 22, data availability expanded from 2 countries and numerous languages to 55 countries in 121 different languages made accessible through NUVI. This data can be used to generate valuable insights without compromising consumer trust. Before Facebook topic data, insights were drawn from limited public posts and focused on the volume of posts, what was being said and who was saying it, rather than why an audience was posting.
