NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--B2R Finance, a leading lender for single-family rental (SFR) property investors, appointed Paul Behm as Chief Information Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Jason Hogg.
As part of the recent acquisition of assets from Dwell Finance, a national bridge lending provider underpinned by a cloud-based financial technology platform, B2R Finance built a high-velocity loan decisioning engine backed by proprietary data and analytics as well as thousands of lending criteria. The platform is form-factor agnostic, featuring a seamless interface and lending toolkit and will be broadly available to borrowers in the coming months. Behm will oversee the enterprise technology goals for the company and direct the continued development of the Dwell Finance platform.

Behm is a veteran technology leader with over 25 years of experience in technology across multiple industries and was most recently SVP of Product Strategy and Development at Fiserv, Inc. Behm’s experience also includes senior leadership roles at American Express Serve, a subsidiary of American Express, CitiCard, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Ernst & Young. He earned his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and his B.S. in computer information systems and A.S. in business administration from King’s College.
Behm will be based from the company’s Charlotte, N.C. headquarters.
