SanBio Scientist to Present on Stroke and Stroke Therapies at the Women’s Intelligence Trust 2015 Forum

SAN FRANCISCO--()--SanBio, a leading regenerative medicine company focused on the discovery and development of cell-based biologics, today announced that senior scientist, Yaisa Andrews-Zwilling, Ph.D., will give a presentation at the Women’s Intelligence Trust 2015 forum. The event will be held on April 30 at the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco, Calif.

In her presentation, Dr. Andrews-Zwilling will discuss our world’s aging population and the need for increased stroke education, prevention and research. She will also address the growing need for chronic stroke therapies, of which there are currently none available, and give an overview of SanBio’s research and development in this area.

In its fifth year, the Women’s Intelligence Trust is a day-long forum meant to enhance the exchange of ideas and increase thought leadership opportunities for women in the areas of finance, health and technology. Women leaders will present cutting-edge research and ideas from their respective fields.
