Based in Sausalito, California, Remedy Interactive delivers enterprise-level cloud-based ergonomic and safety management software solutions to global companies across industries, including oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and entertainment. Founded in 2001, the Company enables organizations to drive beyond compliance towards healthy and injury-free workplaces. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
