GigOptix recently signed a development agreement with advanced automotive manufacturer for a custom mixed signal ASIC that will perform power management functions for large volume, high end, automotive applications. The silicon for this ASIC will be shipped to the customer in Q4 2015, with plan for mass deployment to start in 2016.”
