Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council William H. Webster to Speak at Enrich Life Over 50 Pilot Meeting

Former FBI, CIA director will speak at the March 14 roll-out of new organization for Americans 50+

RALEIGH, N.C.--()--Enrich Life Over 50 National Network (ELO50), a grassroots movement for people 50+, today announced the addition of William H. Webster, the current chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council and an ELO50 board member, to join the lineup of speakers at ELO50’s March 14 pilot meeting at NCSU’s McKimmon Conference Center in Raleigh. Webster was the third director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the 14th director of the Central Intelligence Agency, the only person in U.S. history to head both organizations.

ELO50 founder Bill Zinke, 87, and Webster, 90, are long-time friends who believe in the importance of people over 50 remaining productively engaged and socially connected in the country’s economic and social fabric. The launch of ELO50 will initiate a nationwide organization for Americans 50+, who make up one-third of the country’s total population but are one of the most underserved and under appreciated groups as they reach “retirement age.” ELO50 will redefine retirement and shift the mindset that people over 50 can no longer continue to add value.

Webster joins speakers Andy Albright, president and CEO of National Agents Alliance, husband and wife team Jim and Dana Robinson, SCORE consultants with the U.S. Small Business Administration and co-authors of six books, Dr. Janice Wassel, professor of gerontology at UNC Greensboro, and Catherine Ach, president of the management consulting firm, Learning Paradigms, Inc.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by socializing and refreshments. There is no charge to participate, but reservations are required. For more information and registration, visit www.elo50.com.
