KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PerfectServe, healthcare’s only comprehensive and secure communications platform, today announced new hires for two newly created strategic positions intended to help drive the company’s expansion, deepen clinical experience and increase support for a growing number of healthcare clients.
As the new vice president of client experience, Teresa ‘Terry’ Hayes, MSN, CPNP, CNOR will work hand-in-hand with hospital executives to help tailor the PerfectServe clinical communications platform to best meet their needs. Hayes brings more than three decades of experience in healthcare, including an extensive background managing ambulatory surgery and perioperative services departments. Most recently, Hayes served as the vice president of professional services at Picis, a high acuity medical software solutions vendor acquired by Optum, where she developed business transformation consulting services and managed client relationships with a diverse set of healthcare organizations. Earlier in her career, Hayes was a pediatric healthcare professional. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas - Arlington.
Michelle McCleerey, PhD, MA, MEd, MBA, RN will serve as the new vice president of product marketing at PerfectServe, where she will provide strategic guidance on the evolving healthcare landscape and develop solutions to meet the needs and challenges of healthcare providers. Through her decade of work at Hill-Rom Corporation, McCleerey established a strong background in creating innovative user-centered medical devices and healthcare technologies. Most recently, she led the office of strategy at TeleTracking Technologies, developed and implemented strategic plans based on market insights, and improved user experience in technology products. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Factors from the University of South Dakota.
