Successful franchise veterans Ren and Michelle Waters have partnered with Terry and Leslie Rock to develop 20 studios in the Nevada, Utah and Idaho regions for Amazing Lash Studio. Ren has an extensive career in franchising that encompasses roles as a franchisor, regional developer, franchisee and consultant in a variety of franchise systems. Michele is the co-founder of Modern Receptionist a professional answering and scheduling service for small businesses nationwide. Ren and Michelle currently are regional developers in the Massage Envy franchise system. Reed Patton and Lisa Vranicar-Patton will develop 53 studios in the Northern New Jersey and New York regions for Amazing Lash. Reed has been an entrepreneur for most of his business career. After leaving the food industry to assist the family retail picture frame business, he developed a nationwide wholesale picture frame business. True to his entrepreneurial roots, Reed added several ice rink centered sports complex businesses and other real estate holdings to his business portfolio. Lisa is a former competitive figure skater and has been active in directing the operations of the sports complexes. Lisa and Reed investigated several other franchise opportunities before finding Amazing Lash. Teri O’Donnell, Fred Macciocchi and Peter Carlson have partnered to develop 25 studios in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana Region of Amazing Lash Studio. Teri O’Donnell was a U.S. Marine and a banker before opening one of the first Massage Envy franchises in Chicago. Teri will use her extensive experience as an owner-operator to support Amazing Lash franchise partners in her region.
