TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CareTech Solutions has signed an eight-year agreement to provide IT outsourcing services, with General Dynamics Information Technology, to Adventist HealthCare in Gaithersburg, Md. Adventist is an integrated, health-care delivery network that includes five nationally accredited, acute-care and specialty hospitals, mental health services and home health agencies, serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and northwestern New Jersey. CareTech is an information technology (IT) and Web products and services provider for U.S. hospitals.
